In this installment, we will discuss the two traditional methods that most people use when they are ill and require medical attention: doctors and the pharmaceutical industries vs faith healing by prayer and meditation.
The medical & pharmaceutical industries
Many of you are familiar with this sign:
You probably know this as "that medical symbol". Its official name is a caduceus. This is the symbol that the average person and our legal system put their trust in when it comes to matters of the health sciences. When you're really sick, injured, in pain, need medications and in desperate need of medical attention, you look for this symbol and to the people who wear it. Most people put all their faith and trust and rarely ever question whoever uses this symbol.
Here are some other places where you would see the symbol being used:
Origins of the "medical symbol"
If you've paid close attention to the logo, you'll notice that features one or two snakes curled up around a pole. This symbol has been around for a very long time. Thousands of years as a matter of fact. The first time we see its use by humans was in the Iron Age (around 2-3,000 years ago, or 1200 BC) in Mesopotamia, now modern-day Iraq.
Below is a picture of an ancient vase from Sumeria that depicts some sort of winged beasts on either side of a snake wrapped around a pole.

Asclepius (/æsˈkliːpiəs/; Greek: Ἀσκληπιός, Asklēpiós [asklɛːpiós]; Latin: Aesculapius) was a hero and god of medicine in ancient Greek religion and mythology. Asclepius represents the healing aspect of the medical arts; his daughters are Hygieia ("Hygiene", the goddess/personification of health, cleanliness, and sanitation), Iaso (the goddess of recuperation from illness), Aceso (the goddess of the healing process), Aglæa/Ægle (the goddess of the glow of good health), and Panacea (the goddess of universal remedy). He was associated with the Roman/Etruscan god Vediovis and the Egyptian Imhotep.[1] He was one of Apollo's sons, sharing with Apollo the epithet Paean ("the Healer").[2] The rod of Asclepius, a snake-entwined staff, remains a symbol of medicine today. Those physicians and attendants who served this god were known as the Therapeutae of Asclepius.
Medical schools today
Before any physician can begin their practice, they must swear an oath that they promise to uphold their practices and not take advantage of the less fortunate. Below is an excerpt from the original that dates back to Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine:
I swear by Apollo the Healer, by Asclepius, by Hygieia, by Panacea, and by all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will carry out, according to my ability and judgment, this oath and this indenture.
To hold my teacher in this art equal to my own parents; to make him partner in my livelihood; when he is in need of money to share mine with him; to consider his family as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they want to learn it, without fee or indenture; to impart precept, oral instruction, and all other instruction to my own sons, the sons of my teacher, and to indentured pupils who have taken the physician’s oath, but to nobody else.
I will use treatment to help the sick according to my ability and judgment, but never with a view to injury and wrong-doing. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course. Similarly I will not give to a woman a pessary to cause abortion. But I will keep pure and holy both my life and my art. I will not use the knife, not even, verily, on sufferers from stone, but I will give place to such as are craftsmen therein.
Into whatsoever houses I enter, I will enter to help the sick, and I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm, especially from abusing the bodies of man or woman, bond or free. And whatsoever I shall see or hear in the course of my profession, as well as outside my profession in my intercourse with men, if it be what should not be published abroad, I will never divulge, holding such things to be holy secrets.
Now if I carry out this oath, and break it not, may I gain for ever reputation among all men for my life and for my art; but if I break it and forswear myself, may the opposite befall me
Here in my hometown of Montreal, Quebec, McGill University is known as one of the top-ranked medical schools in the world.
They recently built a "super hospital" called the MUHC (McGill University Health Center) with lots of state-of-the-art technology.
Despite a current shortage of physicians in our little part of the world, we still maintain one of the best health care services in the world!
As you can see, like most other schools of medicine they make use of the rod of Asclepius in their logo.
There is a special office at McGill University called the Office for Science and Society. Their motto is "Separating sense from nonsense".
You can read this article (A physician's oath to humanity, March 2017) that they wrote on the subject of a physician's oath to humanity.
I will quote a few words from this article which I found of interest for our study:
Prior to Hippocrates the common belief was that illness was the result of retribution from deities for human misdeeds or that it was the work of mischievous spirits. But Hippocrates did more than just orient physicians away from mythology towards observation and documentation of symptoms. Back in the fifth century B.C. he gave us the Hippocratic Oath which many medical students still take. The essential features of the oath include a promise to give no drug nor perform an operation for criminal purpose even if solicited, to maintain patient confidentiality, to guard against corruption, and to practice the art of medicine in uprightness and honour.
During the Third Reich, Nazi doctors conducted unfathomable medical experiments on both Jews and non-Jews. But the Nazis were not the only ones. The Japanese were also notorious for medical experimentation on prisoners that resulted in disfigurement, disabilities, torture and death. American doctors took part in their share of unethical experiments as well. The Tuskegee syphilis experiment was an infamous clinical study by the U.S. Public Health Service beginning in 1932 designed to study the natural progression of untreated syphilis in rural African American men. The men were not told they had syphilis and were not treated for the disease even when penicillin became available and was shown to be effective.
In 1948 the shock of such extreme human rights violations led to an attempt to update and expand the Hippocratic Oath in the form of the Declaration of Geneva. This underlined the importance of doctors extending their duties beyond administering to the sick to improving the general welfare of humanity. Most importantly, the Declaration asks doctors to swear that they will not permit considerations of religion, nationality, race, party politics or social standing to intervene in their practice. They also promise to give their teachers the respect and gratitude they are due. Most physicians today do abide by ethical standards, not because they have sworn an oath but because they have the right character. The selection process for medical school is very rigorous and is designed to filter out individuals with questionable ethics. The process works well, but is not foolproof. The same way that there are ethical plumbers and unethical ones, ethical electricians and unethical ones, ethical mechanics and unethical ones, there are ethical physicians and a few unethical ones. They sell worthless supplements to their patients, steer them away from effective therapies with promises of “natural” wonder drugs and promote ridiculous detox treatments. Hippocrates would not approve.
What does the Bible have to say about all this?
Well, we too at TNG Christians have a duty to separate sense from nonsense!

Well, this is certainly true! What he actually did was cover up the truth that mythology was really factual history! Every civilization on earth has oral and written traditions of them coming into contact with visitors from the sky (this will be a topic of discussion for another day!)
In our article The Truth About the Israel-Palestine Conflict, we revealed that in the days shortly before and after the flood, the earth was populated with a hybrid race of humans that were the offspring of interbreeding and intercultural exchanges with fallen angels.
These fallen ones were mistaken by the local populations as "gods" that came from the sky and taught them everything they know about science, music, arts, astronomy, beauty products and enhancements, charms, sorcery, astrology, new age movement, government, building cities, agriculture, religion, and medicine. Even the technology that powers the Internet, your smartphone, sending men to the moon and soon to Mars was all passed down to us by aliens who claim to come from far away planets.
These aliens are actually fallen angels (devils, demons, bodiless spirits, etc) that present themselves as our galactic family and friends to assist us with our "ascension/evolution" but are really here to destroy and enslave humanity and reclaim this planet once again as their own. These aliens are at war against the Elohim and their long-term plan for mankind (see our video History of the World, Part Deux for an explanation on how this happened)!
All throughout the Old Testament, we see how the Elohim made every effort possible to preserve the uncorrupted "seed" which was the offspring of Seth, Adam and Eve's third child. This seed was preserved on Noah's ark through his sons Shem, Ham, and Japeth from which all of humanity as we know it today genetically came from.
Genesis 6:9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
Noah's gene pool was genetically pure, while Cain's gene pool was corrupt. You don't eat moldy bread then expect to feel healthy afterward, right? Therefore, the same principle applies to your life today! Entertaining thoughts and living out a life that rejects the teachings of the Bible identifies you as a child of the bad seed. Very simply put there will come a day very soon when it will be harvested and destroyed by fire!
Matthew 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
Matthew 13:39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
The seed of Cain, which had shown to be vulnerable to the "fallen angel" virus (introduced to humanity in the Garden of Eden) was wiped out in the flood. This gene pool was responsible for the first murderers, Cain and Lamech. Cain's genealogy appears to have been in contact with fallen angels who taught them metallurgy, and other earth sciences that were not known to the Seth gene pool. This is clearly seen when we contrast Cain's genealogy in Genesis 4 versus Seth's genealogy in Genesis 5.
All the legends from Mesopotamian, Greek, Roman, Norse, Celtic, Hindu, Native American, Incan, Aztec, Polynesian and all other mythologies known around the world originated from the contact and mixing of fallen angels (aliens) with humans!
Genesis 6:4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
After the flood, it was through Ham's lineage that the fallen angel virus mutated and carried over the corrupted gene pool that should have been wiped out in the flood. These were the descendants of the Egyptians who would go on to enslave the children of Israel for 400 years, exposing them to the rituals and customs of the false gods they worshipped!
Genesis 15:13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
Genesis 17:8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.
Those false gods had spread their idolatry and practices all throughout the Middle East and other areas in the known world in those days. Everything we know about the maths and sciences we take for granted today was passed down to us from these fallen angels (aliens) who made themselves appear as the gods that created humanity.
These are not fairy tale stories, but the reality of the world we live in today! The UFOs that we hear about and see in the news today ARE the fallen angels (aliens) in all their shapes and sizes!!!

In our article Who were the Canaanites and where are they today, we revealed that Seth's genetic line eventually led to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; the forefathers of the children of Israel, who the Elohim had selected to lead humanity to its next evolutionary stage because their genetic makeup was more faith-based (believing without seeing). These patriarchs depended more on the Elohim for their daily provisions, rather than their neighbor or the use of inanimate objects and useless rituals.
During the Exodus not long after the Israelites were miraculously led out of Egypt, they began to lose faith in Moses.
Numbers 21:4 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way.
Numbers 21:5 And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.
God had to set an example and teach them a very important lesson!
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
God did not rescue his people only to have them lose their faith so easily and for no good reason! However, as any loving parent would do for their child he provided them with a way to get back on track!
Numbers 21:8 And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.

Today we have Jesus that we can cast our eyes and minds on to heal us as we make our journey back "home".
Jesus was the "prototype" for the next evolutionary step that humanity would eventually make. He set the example for us on how to live by faith in his Father alone. His mission was to remind us that this was our true calling in life. We were created in His image. We were originally created to have perfect bodies that did not require medical attention. We did not have to work for our food. There was no concept of fear or stress that would eventually wear the human body down. There was no death, only life and abundantly!
Now does this mean that we should give up going to see the doctor, stop taking our medication or pull that life support plug out in faith? No, of course not! It also does not mean that the field of medicine is bad, or that any of the other sciences are bad. What this does, however, is allow us to finally see and understand what it is exactly we are putting our faith in each and every time we go see the doctor or take a trip to the hospital.
It gives us a chance to reevaluate what our priorities are in life, which for most people is to live a happy and pain-free life. The only way this can happen is to give up being afraid of everything, even death! We were promised eternal life if we believe that Jesus died in our place so that we don't have to.
Jesus is the Master Physician. This is who we should always turn to first and foremost before seeking advice from anyone else!!! He alone has the power to CREATE LIFE and resurrect the spiritually and physically dead, both people and nations. Everyone else, no matter how qualified they are, they are just snake oil salesmen, so buyer beware!

This might be a lot of information to take in at one sitting. You might need to reread this article a few times over to get the drift, but hopefully, you will. This is why meditation and prayer are the best tools you have at your disposal that will help get your mind back together.
Yes, you heard right! You need to get your mind back together so you can enjoy life to the fullest by separating fact from fiction in your life! Until then, those problems will slowly come back into your life and will literally run you into the ground.
