Pangea, Smangea!

The name is derived from Ancient Greek pan (πᾶν, "all, entire, whole") and Gaia (Γαῖα, "Mother Earth, land").[5][10]The concept was first proposed by Alfred Wegener, the originator of the theory of continental drift, in his 1912 publication The Origin of Continents (Die Entstehung der Kontinente).[11] He expanded this hypothesis into his theory in his book The Origin of Continents and Oceans (DieEntstehung der Kontinente und Ozeane), first published in 1915, in which he postulated that (before breaking up and drifting to their present locations) all the continents had formed a single supercontinent that he called the "Urkontinent".

This is what the world teaches, but of course the true answer can be found in the Bible!

All one has to do is READ the Bible and see for himself!

Since you clicked on the link that got you here, I am figuring that this is news to you!

Well I will now give you the Biblical answer to: “Was the earth at one time in history a solid of piece of land mass?”

Answer: Yes!

It was divided in the days of Peleg!

Here is the Biblical account as to when the earth was divided!

Gen_10:25  And
unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.

And in case you missed it the first time, it is repeated a second time here!

1Ch_1:19  And
unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother's name was Joktan.

Now we will look at 2 words in their original Hebrew language, you are going to be amazed with what the Bible reveals!

First Peleg

peleg

peh'-leg

The same as H6388earthquakePeleg, a son of Shem: - Peleg.

Now divided

pâlag

paw-lag'

A primitive root; to split (literally or figuratively): - divide.

This is how the First Nations as they call themselves these days got here to Canada.

Not to mention the Aztecs, Mayans, Polynesians and Bora-Bora Borarians got to their specific lands.

The Bible tells us that Nimrod started a city called Babel and he and his wife started the first false religion after the flood, so God came down, and confused their language, and scattered them across the whole face of the earth, which was just one big land mass, and in the days of Peleg was the earth divided and since then the continents are still moving.

After all the people and animals had made their way to their sections of Pangea (partly because of the confusing of the one language), there was an asteroid that hit just East of Africa and split Pangea. (newgeology.us). This caused the continents to speed away. When energy ended and friction took over, the leading edges of the continents created mountains and volcanoes. These mountains and volcanoes are the present "ring of fire" around the Pacific Ocean. These volcanoes with their plenty of ash spewed created the one and only Ice Age. The catastrophes spoken of in the Book of Job were just during / after the Ice Age.

The worldwide flood of Noah occurred at about 3000 BC and the asteroid of Peleg occurred about 2345 BC.
